1.   Dogs will not be allowed entry to the pool without their vets signed authorization

2.   Dogs should not be fed for at least 4 hours before their appointment

3.   Dogs with diarrhoea will be unable to swim

4.   Dogs fouling the pool may incur a £50 charge

5.   Dogs with infectious contagious conditions, ie; ear, eye, skin or other infections will be unable to swim

6.   Bitches in season will not be able to swim until their season has finished

7.   Cancellations for the above or any other reason should be made at least 24 hours before their appointment, failure to do so may incur a charge.

8.   Proof of vaccinations is required before entry to the pool

9.   Only one dog will be allowed  to swim at a time

10. Owners will not be allowed  to swim with their dogs

11. Discounts for block bookings paid in advance

12. All sessions must be paid in advance, individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment
